Ordered a vase/bauquet last Wednesday for in-town delivery on the following Friday (before Mothers day - you know, to surprise my wife). Flowers didn't arrive until Saturday. Now, barely three days later, most of the flowers are already wilted. My wife also received a small, cheaper, bauquet of flowers from a church event (from a different florist- unknown) the previous Sunday, and those show no signs of wilting. I don't think $80 is worth 2 days of good looking flowers or missed delivery days.
The service was superb! I called around 10:30 and within two hours the beautiful arrangement was delivered! I highly recommend this florist, I certainly will use them again! Thank you.
As usual I waited too long to order flowers for my wife on Valentine's Day. I called at 10AM on Valentine's Day fully expecting them to tell me that they were overwhelmed and that they could not help me. To my surprise they took my order and delivered a beautiful vase with a dozen long stem roses and fillers by 2PM. Great job! I will use them again.
Had the best experience with Flower West today! Wanted to send flowers to my aunt in Georgia so that she came home to flowers the last day of work. The lady on the phone was so nice, worked well within my budget, understood the assignment of making it PINK, and made the most beautiful arrangement. My aunt was so happy with it and said she’s never gotten such a big arrangement in her life! Thank you so much again for helping me do this for her :)
