Highly recommend Hardy’s! I ordered a deluxe funeral bouquet to be sent to a friend’s house recently and it was delivered on-time and in great condition! They even added in a small request I asked for in my comments. Very reasonable pricing! Much better than anything I could’ve gotten from an online chain retailer.
They made me up two bouquets within about 20 to 30 minutes on the spot and they were beautiful and for a good price they were also really nice
Service was friendly and prompt. Most importantly, the flowers were elegant and stunning.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SHOP!!! We used them for funeral flowers for our Mama's service and had a more than awful experience. We purchased a casket blanket of full roses and a fresh standing spray of flowers. 9 days after the funeral, we were contacted by the owner that they "forgot" to tell us that they offer a 'service' to clean off the dried flowers from the grave. They were told in writing that we were NOT interested. Fast-forward 10 days, they were apparently desperate for the stands and blanket rack that they used (and that we paid for) and needed them back. Our Daddy arrived at the cemetery early in the morning to visit the grave and saw nothing but dirt. As you can imagine, this was startling and did not help matters as we grieved. After much investigating, including involving law enforcement, it was determined, the owner went to great lengths to steal the stands from Mama's grave. He had to look up and find Mama's grave (he had never been to this cemetery or gravesite for us), drove 35 miles, and removed EVERYTHING (even several stands from other florists) from the grave and threw it in the trash, while keeping all of the stands he wanted. This included notes, cards and hand-painted letters of her name, put there by our family and her grandchildren. It makes you wonder how often he does this and families have no idea, are not ready to see just dirt and do not need his 'service' but do not realize what actually happened. Looking at the timeline of events and the number of deaths around Ashburn at that time, it seems he was desperate to get this stand back in circulation and didn't have any others to use. He told us the blanket stand was "hard to come by" so, he apparently thought he was entitled to go take it back. All of this after he was paid almost $1000 for the 2 flowers he provided. His services ended after he made and delivered the flowers to the funeral home. We just can't quite figure out why he felt the need to go out of his way to steal these things and hurt us in the process. The sad thing is, if he had just explained his situation and asked, we probably would have let him have the stand he supposedly needed back.
