Bulldog Flowers

Horrible, moldy flowers! Would not answer the phone. The flowers smell like they have been sitting in a funeral home. These were supposed to be birthday flowers. I would give them 0 stars if I could. Flowers were also marked delivered but had not been delivered until an hour and a half later. The last picture is what was actually ordered. Shame on this company for scamming people.

I was genuinely excited for Valentine’s Day. I ordered flowers ahead of time and had them sent to my girlfriend with a note asking her to be my Valentine. The anticipation was nerve wracking but also exciting. I was on the phone with her when she left her room and went down to the mail room to pick them up. That moment should have been special. Instead, that’s when we both realized I had been scammed. I spent $95 on flowers that looked absolutely nothing like the picture advertised. What arrived was embarrassing and disappointing. My girlfriend, trying to be the kind and gracious person she is, said everything was okay, but it was obvious the moment was ruined. This was supposed to be meaningful and memorable, not something we had to awkwardly laugh off. This is highly inappropriate, disrespectful, and disingenuous. You misrepresented your product and took advantage of a moment that actually mattered. Valentine’s Day is about trust and emotion, and you completely failed on both. You ruined something that should have been so good, and that’s not something a refund alone can fix.

I used Proflowers and Bulldog was the florist they contracted out to. I paid $80 for what I thought was a beautiful bouquet. The recipient received a much smaller, unprofessional looking bouquet. Very misleading. I called to complain my disappointment and they promised a second bouquet but never delivered. I requested a refund and will be reporting both businesses. I could have bought and arranged a better bouquet from a grocery store. I will not be using Bulldog or Proflowers again. Shame on these horrible businesses.

Similar to other comments below, this shop is a complete scam. STEER CLEAR! I ordered my mother a beautiful arrangement (see photo) for her birthday and the photo on the counter is what arrived. I spent $80 on this arrangement and looks as though the shop pocketed my money, grabbed a bouquet from nearest grocery store and picked up a vase from the dollar store. Now that I see this is their MO, I will be reported this “company” until something is finally done about it. Editing to add that when you call to complain, the owner will blame the 3rd party site instead of taking responsibility for the product they, themselves, created and delivered.
