This business has very poor customer service and took my money without providing the goods. Below is an explanation of the encounter. I checked to see if their location was open today since I wanted to place a same day order, which it was. Their website showed that they opened at 10am and closed at 3pm. I proceeded to call them. This was roughly around 11am. I called them twice and received no answer each time. However, I was directed to their website from the automated voice message. I went to their website which showed that if I placed my order within the next hour, I would be able to receive my order the same day. I made sure to pick this location to confirm if it was applicable for this location, which it was. I placed the order before the time limit expired. I needed to be today because it is my mom's birthday. I decided to do pick-up because it was easier for me. The pick-up option still applied to the same day order. Once I placed my order and PAID for it, I received an email confirmation of my payment and a SECOND email that the store received and confirmed my order. When I got to the store at 2pm, this was before their closing hours. There was NO ONE there. I called the store again 3 times, no answer. I knocked on the door, no answer. This was extremely disappointing because I depended on this for my mom's birthday and had already paid them. They are falsely advertising (false promo information) and not a reliable business (failure to provide service and inaccurate business hours online). I would not recommend to any potential customers considering this service.
My husband ordered me something for our anniversary and when I opened the box it was laying sideways instead of flat and everything was smooshed on one side. My order was definitely not packaged properly and un-edible. Advised my husband to contact company for a refund. Highy unacceptable not to care on how you send things out
This was my first time receiving an Edible Arrangement, and it did not disappoint! Plenty of fresh fruit and a very kind delivery person who made the experience even better. Thank you so much!
Well I walk inside stand for 7 mins. Finally a body comes from the back, does not greet me.! I greet her, and proceeded to explain what I wanted to purchase. Well she didn't have her glasses to start so she couldn't really read/see anything. Then she doesn't know/understand how to add the coupon she offered me. Then she decides to tell me what she thinks I need to order. SMH horrible experience. Will never go back ever.!!!
