I've driven by TTOC Floral 100 times since we moved over here but only went in for the first time today. Shame on me. My advice to everyone everywhere, after 3 decades of buying flowers: The path to true happiness is call a florist and tell them what you really want. Which I did. Told them here's my budget (aka how much I love her lol), here's what flowers and colors I think she'll like. An hour later I went to pick them up. I ordered what I would consider a modest bouquet but when I walked in and saw the vase with the flowers on the table it never crossed my mind that those were for me until she said, "You like it?" Um, yes. Very much. Thank you! Needless to say everyone is happy. I'll be back. Support local business!
I wanted to share an important update regarding my previous review. After receiving a disappointing flower delivery last week, I left a 1 star review because the arrangement that arrived was completely wilted and not at all what I expected. Today, I opened my front door and was genuinely surprised TTOC had gone above and beyond to make things right. They sent a beautiful, fresh arrangement and I have to say, this speaks volumes about their commitment to customer service and integrity. Mistakes happen I completely understand that but what truly matters is how a company responds. And in this case, TTOC responded with kindness, professionalism, and a clear effort to correct the situation. I’m genuinely grateful and incredibly appreciative of how they handled everything. Because of this, I’m changing my rating from a 1 to a solid 5. Thank you, TTOC, for standing behind your name and making it right. I don’t typically leave bad reviews, but this one is well-deserved. My son ordered flowers for my birthday, and I was absolutely shocked when they arrived and that any florist would put their name on something like this. I’ve worked for a florist, and these flowers looked like they’d been sitting for at least a week. The roses were soft, the filler flowers were wilted or already gone, and overall, the entire arrangement was trash. If you don’t have the fresh product to fulfill the order properly, just be honest with the customer and don’t send it. But to deliver something in this condition and charge full price? That’s wrong on so many levels. It’s mind blowing, especially in a referral based business like this, that a company could care so little about the customer experience. That kind of approach won’t take you far. I don’t even know how this company has a 4.5-star rating. There should be a zero star option for both the poor quality and the complete lack of customer service. I reached out without even stating the issue just to see if anyone would return the call. Instead, I got a generic Google Voice message and never heard from anyone. I waited several days before writing this review to give them a chance. No response. Also, this is a prime example of why, when reading reviews, you should always look at the lowest rated ones too. In this case, there’s a clear pattern of similar complaints from other customers. The first photo shows the arrangement as delivered.
Upon meeting the spouse of the owner I’m convinced you don’t need to shop anywhere else. I can’t wait to build my own bouquet. Thank you for taking the time to answer our questions after hours. I’ll see you soon🌺 ***Update Donald came by to surprise me with this beautiful bouquet arranged by you. To say less fall is my most favorite season of the year. This destined captured all my favorite things inside of a pumpkin! Thank you and know he’ll be back❤️
I’ve used this company for multiple occasions and they have never let me down. They have beautiful customizable options for your floral needs and events. They offer weddings, proposals, receptions, parties, and anything you can think of. I highly recommend!
Designs by TTOC handled my baby shower and I must say the experience was truly amazing!!! I’ve used them for various floral arrangements and I’ve always been pleased. When it was time for my own baby shower I knew they would not disappoint, and they did not. My expectations (which are already high) were exceeded. Not only were the center pieces absolutely beautiful but they even made the vases personalized for my child’s name. The balloon arch was one of the best I’ve ever seen! Very sturdy and full! Additionally during the planning process Shantara was very informative and helpful in executing the vision I saw for the baby shower. The team was very quick and efficient with set up and take down and it was a great experience.
