I ordered a spray for a friends funeral. I lived three hours away, but I drove to the funeral and when I saw my spray, I was so embarrassed and disappointed. The flowers had no life to them and they were so sparse all you could see when you looked at the spray where green leaves. I sent an email to Customer Service and I never even received an apology. I never will do business with them again. I expected a little more for $150.
I can't say enough good things about the incredible work this florist did for my Godfather's funeral. The spray they created was absolutely breathtaking. Not only was it large and full, but the arrangement was so thoughtfully put together with a stunning blend of flowers and textures that truly honored him. The flowers were fresh, vibrant, and perfectly chosen to reflect the solemnity and beauty of the occasion. Every detail was executed with such care, and it brought a sense of peace and comfort to all of us during a very difficult time. The florist exceeded my expectations in every way, and I will forever be grateful for their exceptional service and the gorgeous tribute they crafted.
I can not say enough good things about my experience at Albright’s today. They absolutely went above and beyond my expectations and the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. I was floored at how beautiful the arrangement I picked up is and have sent pictures to everyone I know showing off its beauty. They made a customer for life. If you have the extra time for a more personal experience I highly suggest going into the location they have so many cool gifts and beautiful plants paired with amazing customer service. You will not be disappointed.
