I called the morning that I needed the delivery. Quite a late notice. I was met with a very considerate response and was given the utmost respect. My flowers for my mother's birthday arrived within hours of my order. Given the lateness of my order, it was a designer's choice. It was a very beautiful bouquet and was worth every penny. My mother was very happy. I am leaving this review a week after the delivery and the flowers are still fresh and beautiful. I highly recommend Flowers by Patsy and I am most appreciative for their effort.
I highly recommend this place. She did awesome in picking out some flowers to surprise my wife at work. (I was at work when i ordered them and couldn't see what to choice from but im glad I let her do it. Patsy knocked it out the park lol). I order this morning and they was delivered within a couple of hours. Thanks you did awesome.
I ordered a mixed arrangement for my sister for Thanksgiving and she was thrilled with her flowers. I live in Florida and did this online and they followed my requests to the letter. I called direct this time and was treated not only as a valuable customer but felt as a lifelong "friend". The arrangement was festive and absolutely beautiful and they went out of their way, literally, to deliver to my sister. Please give them a call for all your local flower needs. Patsy and her co-workers did an amazing arrangement and did all I asked her to do. From the moment she took the order very early one morning during her incredibly busy season, to having a “friendly smile” in her voice and delivering on her promises, she more than exceeded my expectations giving me all the flowers I requested and more. From beautifully scented lillies, roses, Christmas berries, alstromeria, hydrangea, baby breath with all the Christmas greens, and a holiday buckle to top it off - the arrangement was perfect and the delivery was as I wanted - to last the holidays. Patsy had a beautiful arrangement put together for me in a moments notice when I needed one in a pinch. Although she said to give her a call the day before and she can have many more options as I showed up toward the end of the day to get this.
