My husband bought me flowers for Valentine’s Day from here. They were so pretty, but when I took the bottom part of the wrapping off. I saw the stems had mold on them, it was a waste of money for some flowers that won’t last.

As Mr. Leonel said, if there were fewer stars, I would give it fewer. The owner's customer service is terrible. She's rude, keeps you waiting, and doesn't even let you finish speaking before telling you she's busy and to wait. She doesn't have the slightest decency to say, "I'm sorry, I'm a little busy. Give me a moment and I'll be happy to help you." In short, she should take a course in customer service and another in public speaking.
