Tried to order flowers, and met with complete rudeness. Could barely tell Pat what I wanted with her speaking over me and telling me I need to call someone else. Be happy to! Lost this business! I was planning on spending a little over $100 dollars on one order. Why are they even there if it's not to take care of potential customers?!

Did not deliver flowers to a funeral and I received a call two days AFTER the service.
Mrs Pat is wonderful. She has done flowers for my kids proms and my wedding. When I called and told her I needed a last minute wedding bouquet and boutonniere for one of my girls, she stepped up and produced a gorgeous arrangement. I love her!
Used her for my wedding. I saved money but boy was it a hassle! At our first meeting she wrote down the times each of my venues (church and reception location) would open and allow set up to begin. She said it wouldn't be a problem. Then the DAY BEFORE MY WEDDING she called and said she needed to be in the church BEFORE 10 am for a 5 pm wedding - and guess who had to foot the bill for the maintenance man's extra hours to be there so early?! ME! I went round and round with her that we had an agreement and she had already agreed what time she would set up the arrangements and if she needed him there earlier she would have to pay the difference. She told me if I didn't pay she would leave the flowers in the van and turn the engine off while she waited and I would be left with wilted arrangements and bouquets. She HELD MY FLOWERS HOSTAGE, PEOPLE!?!?! So of course, I footed the bill - just to be rid of her! To her credit, the arrangements were beautiful. BUT SHE IS AWFUL!
