I was having trouble finding a florist for a funeral. I called Commerce Street Florist and she went out of her way to help. She created a beautiful arrangement for us and made sure it was delivered to the funeral home early that morning before the service. If you need flowers and great customer service, please use Commerce Street Florist.
Absolutely GORGEOUS arrangement! It’s going to be hard to part with as I ordered to give to friend. I wasn’t available when delivery was made but delivery person made sure I knew delivery was made. Highly recommend this Florist.
Ordered flowers to be delivered to the church for a funeral. When I arrived at the funeral I noticed the flowers I ordered were not there but they had delivered the flowers another family member ordered. I tried to call many times with no answer. Drove by several times and seen closed sign on the door when they were supposed to have been open. Finally my husband went by and they were open. He spoke to someone who was supposed to call me but they never did. I’ve tried calling again several times and still get no answer. So I paid $86 for nothing.
I had the opportunity to have a floral arrangement that I ordered through another vendor delivered by Commerce Street Florist. Unfortunately, I had an interaction with the owner of Commerce Street Florist, Molly, that was an opposite experience of other delivery experiences that I have had before. In her frustration with finding the delivery location, which she has delivered to before, she was very rude and told me that I can get someone else to "deliver the damn flowers." I would hope that my interaction is not a regular occurrence for this business or a reflection of Molly's professional interactions. However, when I called to rectify our interaction, she maintained the same unpleasant and unprofessional demeanor. While my negative experience was possibly a one-off occurrence, I was hoping to have a delivery experience that reflects the "wonderful customer service" noted in other reviews.
