Beautiful quality roses and florals at a great price with excellent customer service. I ordered roses and greenery for the first time for a small wedding. Brides can be very color specific. My local floral wholesaler is not great about informing me of color changes and substitutions. So for a better price I ordered for the first time from Tropical Roses, delivered to me, saving me a trip to the wholesaler. I was very pleased to be contacted about the need to switch out one or two items in my order. I could make the choice and not be surprised. I was also promptly answered, and even allowed to add on a few more items last minute. I also requested slightly longer greenery as I was making garlands, and they absolutely came through. Highly recommend!
The flowers arranged on time and a week later, are still fresh and beautiful. They looked a little crushed when they first arrived, so I called customer service, who said to give it overnight. He was right! Everything looked gorgeous the next day. I appreciated the detailed instructions on their care. Everything looked just beautiful. The price was amazing, too.
