I ordered flowers from Cherished Memories for a relative who had surgery. The arrangement I picked is shown in the first photo as per their website. What they actually received is shown in the second photo. It’s mostly green fillers and such few flowers (for close to $80 incl. fees, delivery, etc.). I really wanted to send something beautiful and paid for it accordingly. I’m always hesitant when sending flowers that the florist will cut corners. That’s never happened until this time. This is not up to par. Not a gift you can be happy to have sent. I can’t recommend using this company.
Went into establishment placed order for Valentines Day the guy there attempted to process order and could not. He advised me that he will have his manager to contact me to complete the order in the next hour. This was around 10 a.m. after not hearing from anybody by 3 p.m. I contacted the store spoke with manager and she still did not process order but stated that she will call me back shortly all of this took place on Friday it's about 45 minutes away from being Sunday no call yet and its safe to say there will not be one!!! Poor customer service. I guess this business is not in the business to make money!

We got a Bouquet of roses and boutonniere for my son‘s homecoming dance here. She made it in less than 24 hours and for almost half the price that we were quoted from other florist around Macon. It was Beautiful and exactly what we had ask for. The owner even came in on her day off I so we could pick them up. The owner was an absolute sweetheart and very easy to work with. I will use her for every occasion from now on. I highly recommend using them.
