Lynn went out of her way to help me in a crunch! I, unfortunately, ordered a nosegay bouquet for prom from a different place and when I picked it up I was very disappointed. I immediately called Petals! Lynn said “no worries, we will take care of it, just come on in and I will have it prom-ready”. I walked in, the sweet young lady at the front desk was expecting me, went and got Lynn, Lynn came out and took my sad bouquet and made it glorious!! Petals, Lynn, and the beautiful staff are absolutely top tier! I am forever grateful for them!! I will NEVER go anywhere else, and I will tell EVERYBODY to go to Petals for their floral needs!!!
I love this florist. I use them for my works arrangements and even my own personal arrangements. They are always so friendly and they send me pictures by request so I know what I’ve ordered. Love them! I give them all my business. Only florist I’ll use in Macon! Plus, their arrangements are so beautiful!
