If I could give Owen's Flowers 10 stars, I would do it. Our 30th Anniversary flowers at First Presbyterian Church of Marietta were so beautiful, they more than exceeded our expectations! I told them what I wanted and they ordered and arranged the lilies, calla lilies, roses and hydrangeas so beautifully. Sometimes you ask for things and get less than or exactly what you wanted; but this arrangement gave us way more than we ever could have imagined or expected!! Thank you, Owens Flowers!
I just had a wonderful experience at Owens Flower Shop! The lady who took my order was patient, kind, thorough and cared. That was the first amazing part. The second part was they took the time to make the arrangement with the special touches I wanted to add. They even sent me a photo to show me how it turned out. I can not express how absolutely amazing this flower shop is. The absolute beauty of the flower arrangements you receive from this business is just stunning. Customer service is so above and beyond. I asked them for help back in January 2020 with my sister’s baby shower. Exceptional. Affordable. Stunning! But it was for my grandfathers funeral this past weekend that really just made me so unbelievably grateful. They took everything I asked for and ran with it. In my family’s time of grief they made everything so unbelievably easy and beautiful. I can’t trust anyone else. Thank you Owen’s for making our family’s grief into something so beautiful and smells so great. Beautiful flowers each time! I have ordered from them multiple times. Contact Owen’s Flower Shop directly to make sure the order goes to their shop. They also go above and beyond. Recently, someone sent me flowers and they ended up routed to FTD instead of Owen’s Flower Shop. Another florist sent out a disappointing bouquet, and, although it was not the fault of the Owen’s Flower Shop, Owen’s gave me a gorgeous bouquet when I told them what happened. (Just because they are kind like that and wanted me to have some beautiful flowers.) The pictures attached don’t do justice to how pretty the arrangements were.
I had a great experience with Owen’s! I spoke to a very nice person on the phone (Janelle) and they helped me pick a bouquet of flowers for Mother’s Day while doing their best to stay within my budget. Delivery went smoothly and they were even able to select “pet-safe” flowers, as lilies and some other flowers are extremely toxic to cats. Thank you!
