"Every" aspect of working with the owner, Jean, from the initial phone call until completion, was done in an extremely warm, welcoming, and professional way. She is exceedingly customer service oriented. I felt she went out of her way to assist me, making the emotional process of ordering a sympathy spray as easy as possible. All on a one day notice. She could not have been more caring or accommodating. The arrangement was breathtaking. Loved ones at the funeral noticed how special the arrangement was; and our loved one who is now gone, would have loved it. Well done, Jean! You are by far the best florist I have ever had the pleasure of working with.
