I stopped in a week or so ago without calling in advance in need of a flower arrangement for a friend who had passed away suddenly. The florist listened to my request and budget and when I came back to pick it up 30 minutes later, I was very happy with the lovely arrangement she created for me. It was priced within my budget and perfect in every way! I will absolutely return to them in the future for any floral arrangements I may need. 💯 recommend!

I am sorry to say but I should have trusted the reviews. Please don't make the same mistake I did. I ordered a corsage for my son's prom date. It was the saddest most pitiful looking corsage I have ever seen. The roses didn't bloom the ribbon was lack luster. I paid 69.55 for this 10.00 at best corsage. I went back in to speak to the man that said he did the corsage, for him to tell me Betty would only be able to communicate by phone. He also told me he could not refund me my money. So I am stuck with a heinous corsage. Please believe the reviews and save your money. Update it's a hour later and no one has called or answered my phone call. I am not surprised as the reviews warned me.. Update from the update....Flower fell out while taking pictures...So embarrassing

I live out of state and my daughter lives in Savannah- have used The Pink House Florist before with no issues. Yesterday I placed an order at 9:30am. They called me saying that particular arrangement was not available nor was another one I asked about. (Then remove from your website if you don’t have it - will avoid much confusion and irritation) I told the woman - who seemed very rushed and rude - to send whatever they had. My daughter suffered a loss and I wanted something there ASAP. It was important. The order FINALLY arrived at almost 6:30 pm. After ANOTHER phone call from me. The service was inept and a joke - in fact I kept looking for Allen Funt and his candid camera. I will NEVER EVER use this florist again. Bless their hearts!! In the south we all know what that means … Also what they sent was absurd compared to what I originally ordered - and NO I was not offered any type of refund.

Oh how I wish I would have read the reviews first. I purchased and prepaid for a corsage for my son to give to his date for his 8th grade formal. We picked it up at 4:00 and were scheduled for a photo shoot at 5. We picked his date up and as soon as he put it on her wrist, the flower arrangement fell off the bracelet. I called and the owner seemed appalled as though this never happened. She told me to stop by so they could fix it but I explained that I did not have time because of their appointment. We stopped by after taking pictures and everyone was acting so surprised. One of the associates told me she would make me another one. She told me she was trying to hurry so the kids would be on time. There was a rude associate in the back who made a really unprofessional comment. “It’s going to take hi long it takes”. How dare you make that comment when this was an error on your part? She was so rude and just smirked when I addressed her. I was told that she doesn’t usually work at that location….. I don’t care which location you work at, that comment should not have been made. Needless to say, no corsage for the photo shoot and late to his formal because of cheap quality, rushed work, and unprofessionalism. To top it off I was told to let it dry for 30 minutes before putting it on. Really? We’re already late and have to wait an additional 30 minutes. I would NEVER consider them for anything. Granted the manager was very apologetic, she did not address the employee. She only made excuses for her. First and last time using this establishment.

I Received a specialty arrangement that included a gold bird cage filled with holly and red roses with a red cardinal nestled inside. So beautiful and so special to me. Also a lovely huge white poinsettia that is still looking fresh after almost two weeks! When I need arrangements I now know who to call!!
