The flowers are beautiful and fresh and were delivered in a timely manner followed an email to indicate they had been delivered. My friends were extremely happy with the arrangement!
Wonderful experience ordering a custom bouquet from Urban Poppy! They were so helpful throughout the process, from my initial contact with them to coordinating hand delivery with the recipient at her office. Their designer Margaret created a stunning bouquet!!!
I LOVEEE this store!!! If I lived closer, I would literally be in this store on a weekly basis. It's so fun for putting together your own flower bundle but they also have the cutest giftables, clothing, home items, etc. Just so well thought out. The space is also so pretty and smells heavenly! Staff is incredibly kind. I could go on and on about how much I love Urban Poppy! Just take my word for it, they are amazing and you need to visit!!! It's also just doors down from one of the best coffee places in Savannah! Win-win!
I wanted to love Urban Poppy and be a life long customer until it all went wrong not once but twice. My most recent problem occurred when I ordered Valentine's day flowers for my daughter, I placed the order 15 days early to be sure things would go smooth. I paid over $230. for the Juliette bouquet. On the day they were supposed to be delivered, Valentine's day, they never arrived. I called Urban Poppy at 5:00pm to inquire when they would be delivered. They arrived finally at 6:30 pm. Not only did they arrive late in the day, they arrived as a completely different bouquet then what I ordered, completely different colors and flowers. The first photo is what I ordered the second photo is what was delivered. To make matters worse the card that was delivered was a completely different message than what was ordered and written on the receipt-no resemblance at all. It looks like the message from a bouquet I sent my daughter years ago. 🤦♀️🙄😤. I requested a refund and a new delivery with the correct message and bouquet, I got an email back saying they would respond in three days time. Yikes! Don't waste your money or make the same mistake I did trusting this flower shop.
Margaret was a careful listener, and translated my general ideas into a lovely, happy arrangement to celebrate the communion of my niece and nephew. She even added thistle and instructions on how to preserve it as a keepsake of the day. Happy to have found Urban Poppy!
