Flowers I ordered and flowers I got were completely different. No effort was made to notify me of replacement. I had to call the afternoon of that the delivery was scheduled since the flowers had not arrived yet only to find out they were sitting on the table in the shop since the delivery person wasn’t around. If I hadn’t called they never would have been delivered the day they were scheduled to. Overall terrible service. 1/5
Never purchase anything from this dishonest, unprofessional business! I ordered a deluxe peace lily to be delivered to a local funeral home on Friday, August 13, 2021. The plant was never delivered. I called and they did not correct the issue. The family member had to go by to pick up the plant from their business. When I received pictures of the plant, it was not what I paid a total of $62.15. The plant had a burned dead leaf and when I called to inform the unprofessional lady Cindy, got rude and hung the phone up in my face. If you ordered online from out-of-town make sure you check with the person you sent to and make sure it's what you ordered because they will try and get over. If I were you I wouldn't risk using them. I've added the disgusting plant that I paid $62.15 for. Also, contacting the Better Business Bureau.
Got to the place at 12:05 on a Saturday they were still there. Said “Oh sorry, we’re closed” then proceeded to walk back into the store. That’s fine, went right to Publix and bought two dozen roses for $12.99. (Buy one get one). Don’t complain about large corporations when you can’t even serve your customers. Won’t ever come back. Thank you Publix for being open past noon on a Saturday!
I ordered flowers for my sister, who just had breast cancer surgery 2 days ago. She wanted a nice Christmas Bouquet. I looked up 3 florists in her town to pick exactly what I wanted for her, and the bouquet she received was not ANYTHING LIKE I ORDERED. I spent $150 for the worst bouquet of flowers. Note the difference, does that look like a beautiful Christmas Bouquet? I did call The Florist. All he said was he didn’t have any of the necessary items, SO WHY IS HE SELLING IT? Don’t use The Florist in Statesboro, Georgia!
I stopped by to pick up flowers for a family member in the hospital. The friendly staff were quick to assess my need and got right to work. Within a few minutes I was out the door with a beautiful arrangement of fresh flowers! I'm very impressed with the customer service and quality of work and value. I will definitely be a repeat customet!
