I was really impressed with the quality of flowers and the presentation. I got more than what was advertised on the site and because they were unable to deliver it on Valentines Day, (no fault of theirs), they refunded the delivery fee. They answer calls, reply to emails and work to make the customer happy. They don't know it yet but they've just earned a loyal customer. I'll be back [in the voice of the Terminator]😆.
Mark is great. He explained what flowers he would choose, the variety of selection, and the staff are super friendly! Highly recommend and will come back again
I had a flower arrangement delivered for Valentine’s Day and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Marc provided excellent value, and the selection was fantastic. The quality of the flowers was superb, fresh, vibrant -GREAT aroma-, and beautifully arranged. Everything looked even better than expected. Exceptional service and attention to detail! I went to Mark to see if he could create a centerpiece for my entertainment center and he went above and beyond! I love looking at it every day and it’s the perfect addition to my collection of house plants!! I also bought this cute flower bear. It just puts a smile on my face!!
