I had some very specific requests for colors, flower types, and overall style and she absolutely nailed it. Every detail was spot-on, from the arrangement to the freshness and quality of each flower. I ordered a bouquet for my son’s homecoming date, along with a matching boutonnière. When I picked them up, it was a quick pickup, and once I got home and took a good look, I realized the bouquet wasn’t quite what I had pictured. To be fair, I hadn’t been very clear about what I wanted when I placed the order. I decided to call the shop to see if there was anything that could be done, and they were so kind and understanding. I brought everything back, and Vanessa, the owner, took her time walking me through ideas and really listening to what I had in mind. She was patient, thoughtful, and just genuinely wanted it to be right. The final bouquet was absolutely stunning. My son’s date loved it, and he loved seeing how happy she was. What really stood out to me was the patience, care, and genuine kindness that went into making everything right.
