I called the Thomasville Flower Shop to order flowers for a birthday and then mother's day a week later and I have to say, they have THE BEST customer service. The sent me an email confirmation when the flowers were delivered and then called the recipient to confirm they would be home when they delivered the second arrangement. I don't have pictures of the arrangements but the recipient said they were absolutely beautiful! Thank you Thomasville Flower Shop!!

A very thoughtful and kind gentleman took my order over the phone. He made a custom spray, all in red as I requested. He even made some professional suggestions. I didn’t see an all red spray on his website so I just called & the order process was very simple over the phone. You could tell he loves what he does and was willing to put his creative energy to work. He over exceeded my expectations. (Even sent a text photo of the arrangement when he was done:) He expressed our sympathies to the family through his creation and I couldn’t have been more pleased. Gorgeous!! Thank you for bringing a smile to my face. I’ve never used Thomasville Flower Shop before but will definitely use in the future.

Just wanted to send a shout out to Jim McCray owner of Thomasville flower shop. My 82 year old mother who used to live in tville for over 50 years, before moving up to NC with me, decided on the morning before Thanksgiving she wanted to send flowers to her friend. Tried calling around and couldn't find anyone that could do something in momma's price range or that was even open. Long story short short Mr McCray went above and beyond to make sure my mother's friend received her flowers on Thanksgiving and in my mother's price range. He has our business as well as my brothers who still live in Thomasville area. Custom service like in the old days.
