Ordered flowers online for Mother’s Day. Got email said that my order is completed and I was supposed to receive another email when it’s shipped. I never received email from them… so I called them over and over to find out whats going on but no one was picking up the phone. Flower that I ordered was never delivered on Mother’s Day of course…. After Mother’s Day, I went in to the store to ask refund and found out that they didn’t even recognize my online order. What’s the point of online order on their website??? Terrible experience. Very unprofessional. Never again.
It's currently 5:23pm as I type this. I was asked to call any local flower shop to place an advance order. I called this shop 3 times concurrently. Each time I heard the phone being picked up and slammed back down. I asked my partner to assist in calling (separate review) as I am still at work. On the 4th call I simply requested if I may place an advance order for a few bouquets over $150 each as a farewell gift from a professional office. "We're closed right now!" *hung up* I looked at my watch and it was 5:19pm. Website says closed at 6pm. My partner was also able to get through and it's the same result. If you were closed, simply don't answer the phone. Work on your customer service etiquette. You lost revenue, especially during such hard times with lockdown. Not the first time this had happened. We're not going to bother ordering from here in future. This shop is now black listed.

Late delivery, incorrect name on card, flowers died in two days. Difficult to get ahold of and very unprofessional. You’ve been warned.
This shop disappointed me a lot. I had high hopes when ordering flowers for my dad’s funeral. The funeral day came & the flowers weren’t delivered at all. I had a lot going on on my mind so I didn’t think about it until the end of the day. I gave them a call & all they said was that they’ll refund me. No remorse whatsoever. Please do better for your customers.
