This place is WAY too expensive. This cost me $288.50. That's ridiculous how much this cost. Never buying flowers from here again. I could go out for steak dinner at a five star restaurant for cheaper than these little items.
If I could give no stars, I would. The customer service here is absolutely disgusting! I walked in today to ask questions about a flower arrangement for a funeral. The attendant was very unprofessional and spoke with such hostile tones. She has no customer service whatsoever. She talks very loudly and obnoxiously. I had walked into their store and spoke to them with respect, but did not get that in return for some reason. They need to learn how to speak to customers and have more RESPECT, COMPASSION and EMPATHY especially when they know that some customers are walking into their shop looking to purchase flowers for a FUNERAL for their loved one. This attendant does not know how to have a respectful conversation like an adult. Instead, she just speaks loudly and rudely like an immature child which I do not understand because this just chases their business away. This is NOT the first time I have been treated like this. My family and I bought flowers from their shop for a funeral in the past and they were also rude at that time, and although I did not address it, this time I will!! I will not let this slide. I will no longer consider them when purchasing flowers for any events and will tell all of my family members about my experiences with them. I believe businesses like this should be exposed for who they are so that people can make conscious decisions on what local businesses to support. DO BETTER!
Lack of communication and poor customer service caused our order to be wasted. Their business hours are inaccurate, they are closed for an hour during lunch, that's totally fine, but at least update Google and your website. Or possibly inform your customers picking up around that time that you'll be closed. We asked for our order of one Lei to be ready by lunch. We come at 12:15 and the door is locked, only a sign saying they'll return by 1:30. Due to the time of our promotion ceremony we had to leave and our recipient went without a lei. After immediate attitude and being cut off from the employee when calling to resolve the issue, we just dropped trying to get a refund.
