I was so happy to receive my fresh lei from Hawaii! Customer service was excellent, and the lei was shipped promptly and arrived right on time. It was packaged will care, and arrived in excellent condition. I was worried that it would wilt before arrival because of the frigid conditions in New Jersey when I received it. Luckily, I was wrong!! It was fragrant and beautiful. Following the detailed instructions that were provided on the box, the lei lasted for days! Thank you, Aloha Island Lei!
Ordered multiple leis for my daughter’s graduation. I had them overnighted with Fed Ex to California, and they were delivered in perfect condition. The leis were absolutely beautiful and the colors were vibrant. Thank you Aloha Island Leis for making graduation day even more special.
Order’s don’t ship after placing a delivery date at purchase time. Orders say ‘attempted delivery time’ meaning may not arrive when needed. I followed up with emails to confirm my delivery date would arrive in time for graduation so twice I confirmed when I needed my lei delivered. Delivery date came and went and my order never came! I emailed for tracking information and was told I hadn’t confirmed my delivery date so aloha island lei went ahead and just never shipped my order. After placing a delivery date on order and then emailing to confirm they still won’t ship your purchase! Lei are something you need for an event and are no good several days later when the company says they will finally ship your order. Terrible business, shop Hawaii Lei Stand, don’t trust this business with your important events.
Can’t have a graduation without lei, even if you now live in GA. I’ve been ordering lei for my children’s graduations and now it was time for college graduation. It was easy to order online and I paid for overnight shipping to get here the day before the ceremony. UPS had some delays and they weren’t going to arrive on time for the ceremony. I emailed Aloha Island Lei and Floral to let them know and Sarina quickly replied, sincerely apologized, and sent me a refund. I was blown away by the extremely kind gesture because it wasn’t her fault at all. I will always use and recommend Aloha Island Lei and Floral! Not only do they make beautiful lei, their customer service is like no other.
