This shop was recommended to me by my Auntie in Hilo. I really wanted to include Hawaiian tradition in my wedding, so naturally I wanted the nicest most fresh leis possible. I spoke with Leona both via phone and email, and explained what my fiance and I were looking for. She was very helpful, and made sure to factor in our shipping time to NY so that the leis we ordered were as fresh as possible for the wedding day. We ordered a trial lei of the double white orchid, which my fiance found too heavy for her preference, but was still beautiful and excellently crafted. Leona recommended we instead get the single orchid lei for the wedding. I ordered the maile for myself, and it was extremely hearty and robust. Both leis held up beautifully after the wedding day, and are being hung to dry so we can keep them forever. I highly recommend Lin's Lei Stand. Mahalo nui loa.
