This Edible Arrangements location has been awesome. Not only is their staff friendly, they will try to accommodate your requests, even if it's last minute. I needed a platter for a luncheon and they were able to create a beautiful one with dipped fruit in less than an hour! For delivery orders, those who received it always got back to me with glowing remarks!
Ordered a gift for my grandmas 75th birthday. Late afternoon came and it was still not delivered. Called in to check on my order and the person I talked to said “It should be there soon, my delivery driver headed out 5 min ago.” Still no delivery by 7pm and totally missed my grandmas birthday party. No delivery or call saying that it was cancelled. Extremely disappointed as this was my only surprise for her and I live in another state.
