Sue delivered perhaps the highest level of customer service I have ever experienced. I arranged for flowers to be delivered to my girlfriend, who was on vacation in Waikiki. I wanted it to be a surprise so I found out the address (which turned out to be the wrong address) from someone else in her party. Then I gave the phone number of what I thought was the front desk (it wasn't) instead of my girlfriend's number. They ended up showing up and scouring the building and couldn't find the unit number I had given them (turns out this building didn't even have a unit by that number.) They talked to security guards, other tenants, etc. and ended up not being able to make the delivery. She called me and explained the situation. A series of phone calls later and Sue ended up making a trip back out there after dinner at 8:30 PM - way beyond the call of duty - and made the delivery on the date of our anniversary. I couldn't be more thankful and highly recommend Flowers & Fun to anyone that needs flowers in the Honolulu area!

I was the absolute most annoying customer every. I’m talking I accidentally sent the wrong address over and OVER again then was late to let her in and yet i received beyond the best customer service possible and a bouquet of not only the 2 flowers I asked for but beautifully chosen extra flowers that my girlfriend was more than thrilled with! Delivery was perfect time and I genuinely felt prioritized by them in every aspect! Highly highly recommend especially with the scarce flower delivery in Honolulu!

Wayne is so sweet and kind! I absolutely loved working with him in figuring out florals for my wedding. He made the process so easy and stress free. Extremely patient and made the effort to explain every detail and offer advice for a first timer in DIY floral bouquet making. I'm so glad I found you guys and will definitely be back!

Wayne and Sue are such kind individuals and always provide great service! I wanted floral arrangements for a small dinner reception but didn't know where to start or what type of arrangements would match the table setting.
