I can’t sing enough praises for the amazing work that Kai and team at Gentle Beast did to help me successfully deliver a birthday surprise for someone special. I don’t live in Hawaii so I had to do some research to figure out which florist to go with. I spoke with several and went with Gentle Beast because they seemed the best for what I was looking for, and I’m so glad I did. Kai was friendly, easy and a pleasure to work with, and incredibly responsive to my numerous emails which helped soothe my anxiety to make sure birthday girl got what I planned. He was accommodating to changes and updates I provided regarding the flower order, and he helped me add a personal touch by making sure that the handmade card I mailed to him arrived to the store and was included with the flower delivery. Needless to say, birthday girl loved everything and said it was the most beautiful flower arrangement she ever received. I’ll be reaching out to Kai and GB again for future flower orders.
