Hello Manang Lina, I would like to express my gratitude and sincere appreciation and thank you to the great customer service you always provide and beautifully standing sprays you have arranged and design beginning with my Dad back in 2005, then my Mom's six standing sprays in 2013, then my nephews in 2015 and then now with recent standing spray order once again. 2023. I had the pleasure of being assisted via telephone while you were on vacation with only a weeks notice. You have always been very courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful in helping me. You assisted me by answering my questions and going the extra mile by taking care of my orders over the phone and ensuring delivery is made on time. I feel the island of Oahu is fortunate to have you as their Flower shop creating uniquely and beautiful designs. I know that excellent customer service starts with you, so again, thank you Manang Lina for all that you do for your community and I will be a valued customer so long you are in business. Terrible first impression... I'm a day late for my lady's B-Day, so I need flowers ASAP 😭 I'm looking up every flower shop nearby and calling to see if they are open, and I find this one. I hurry down on my moped. I'm looking for Lilys, which she has but they haven't bloomed yet. I set my sights on a different set of flowers 💐 She tells me the price and informs me it'll be extra for a credit charge. I forgot to get cash on the way over. There's still about 30 min until she closes, or was supposed to close. I tell her im going to get cash really quickly and BE RIGHT BACK. Dhe days "Ok" Some of you may know there's a 711 store very close by and that was perfect for me because I don't get the extra atm fee for being with first Hawaiian bank. It takes no more than 10 minutes for me to slide over to the store on my moped and get the cash necessary for the purchase. I arrive back at the flower shop to see observe the door is closed, the blinds are shut, and the sign has now been switched to "Closed" 😒 Confused, bewildered, and befuddled, I knock on the door a few times thinking there's no way she just closed after we had that whole conversation... But she did ! I knock a couple more times, hoping she just did that to ward off potential customers from keeping her from an arrangement with friends or family. But no, she couldn't even do me the courtesy of selling me the flowers, and then closing up, smh. Maybe she didn't think I was going to buy ? Either way, I think business should stick to their hours posted or update them for people looking. It's not like they don't use Google themselves !!!!
