Judy's Flowers Inc

Very nasty man answered phone at the Judy Flowers Inc shop! All I asked is if they sold ashes. Then I asked them if they sold dirt. Then he hung up on me. I called back twice but he didn't answer! How does he expect to get customers if he doesn't want to answer a simple question. He seems very immature and he needs to learn how to TREAT people! I would never pay money to someone so rude! Thank goodness there are other shops out there that have garden soil to help me with my project.

Flowers do not look as pictured. I wasn’t expecting them to look the exact same as what the website showed, but for $70 it definitely should’ve had more flowers added to the basket. I’m glad that the receiver was happy about them but I was truly disappointed. Will not be ordering again

I do not live in Hawaii-this company cannot be trusted. I ordered off their website- hours were posted that they close early on Fridays at 1:00. They decided to close earlier-so they texted me to tell me. Then asked if I wanted to cancel my order…NO(should have now) The vase was then switched out from this really nice purple one-to a standard cheap clear one! So DISAPPOINTED! The money you spend-you should be able to trust companies!

I ordered online from mainland to get delivered to my boyfriend’s barrack on Schofield! Judy’s Flowers messaged me and said that the floral option I picked was no longer available. They told me what flowers they did have from that option and offered if I would like to pick out a different floral arrangement instead. I told them that I wasn’t picky and to just put something together of equal value with the flowers they did have available. When delivering the flowers, there was a power outage in the barracks building. They messaged me and my boyfriend letting each of us know that the flowers were left at the front desk. The basket of flowers turned out absolutely beautiful! They did an amazing job!! Great customer service, price, and quality! Definitely recommend ordering from them!

My aunt is a Hospice patient and I wanted to give her something gaze on that could brighten her day. The bouquet that was sent looked nothing like the picture online. When I called to follow up, the man I spoke to was callous, so flat. He informed me Judy’s reserves the right to change the bouquet as they see fit. My Aunt loves white, light lavender and pink. What was sent was predominantly dark purple, a depressing color fit for mourning. Thanks for nothing.
