It was the easiest flower buying experience I've ever had. I called in the morning and the flowers were delivered by 11 am that same day! The owner answered right away and was courteous and helpful. I really appreciate that he respected my budget and did not try to upsell, pressure me with add ons. I didn't have to make 30 choices. He made a gorgeous, tasteful arrangement. The owner sent me a photo and notified me when my friends did not answer. With my consent, he thoughtfully placed it in a shaded area on their porch. He reminded me to contact them. My friends were comforted by the lovely arrangement and pleased that I supported a local business in his community. I felt like I really got my money's worth.
