My friends doggie passed away and my heart was broken for them so I wanted to send some flowers immediately the same day (along with a gift card for dinner for their whole family of 6) This florist was the only one willing to deliver the same day I called and also agreed for the additional special request to grab a gift card for me to add it. They matched my price point, they sent pictures of every step of the way (from the bouquet, the gift card and the final drop off) I’ve never had such professionalism from a different florist so I wish I could give them 10 stars for making my friend smile in such a hard time. They even drove it all the way to Waianae!
