I’m honestly heartbroken over my experience with For Keeps Floral. I paid almost $800 in full at the beginning of August for all fake floral for my wedding. communication was terrible, from the start I had to remind Leci to call me for our jam session (which she forgot about), and I didn’t get any photo updates until the day before my wedding, even after asking multiple times. The week of my wedding was so stressful with her I was told my florals would be delivered 3–5 days before, but that changed last minute to 1–2 days with a list of excuses My flowers finally showed up three hours before my rehearsal, the day before my wedding. The quality was just as disappointing. My $250 arch swag was way too small could see the foam block and had wires sticking out and despite sharing my ,Pinterest board, and my actual arch and decor/set up , it looked nothing like what I asked for. The groomsmen’s boutonnieres were orange ? and sticking out/super heavy and the bridesmaids’ bouquets were sloppy, different sizes, and had wires sticking out. My bouquet was okay, but that’s the only positive thing I can say. (It’s the only picture she actually sent me) After I expressed my frustration, she offered me $500 in store credit, I told her no because I would never hire her again and then she promised a full refund “in a few weeks.” It’s now November and I had to dispute the transaction This whole experience caused me so much unnecessary stress right before my wedding. I would never recommend For Keeps Floral — the lack of communication, poor quality, and broken promises were completely unacceptable. Brides be aware
