Boris was amazing. His flowers last for weeks. His 24-hour service on Tuesdays and Wednesdays is a game changer.
The place is horrible. Was verbally harassed by the counter agent.
Started a little sketchy, the guy at the counter was drunk when he took my order. A simple thank you bouquet for my mother in-law....he messed it up and sent dead roses! She hasn't spoken to me since; great outcome, he read through the lines...good man!
Overall I’m happy with my purchase. However for my 20 year anniversary with my ok wife Karen, they delivered a funeral bouquet and not an anniversary bouquet. Seeing, or not seeing I should say as my wife has a condition called Macular Degeneration with her vision she didn’t notice. I did get a discount for my 30 year anniversary
I found this amazing florist because their delivery driver, somewhat ironically, ran me over on the street. Thankfully, their flower service is much better than the skill of their drivers, and they created the most amazing Bouquet for me to celebrate the death of an ex-girlfriend. Great success!
