The Rose Shop

Got this for someone who had never recieved flowers before. The online photo looked wonderful. Went to pick it up right at closing and was sorely dissapointed to see it was a one half/sided bouquet. This was a siuation where this was the final night and moment I could give her these flowers and it just looks very bad for the occasion and they were closed by the time I got the flowers delivered. The website did not specify this is a one sided bouquet either. Its was just a sucker punch feeling in terms of dissapointment because of how much I wanted them to mean. Minus the 1 star for lack of proper description online and the frustration it caused. Taylor from the shop had reached out today and is super awesome. She has always been incredible and quick to help me with anything from the shop and today was no different in her actions. 5 stars to her. Been ordering from The Rose Shop for close to 10 years and will keep doing so thanks if not in part to the fantastic bouquets in the past. But also because of her fantastic customer service.

We just enjoyed our son's wedding at the Rose Shop on 1st. What a lovely place! The venue was beautifully decorated and smelled of flowers. The staff was friendly and easy to work with. They were on hand when needed but we also felt that we had space to enjoy our family and guests. The staff was even kind enough to alter the Mothers' corsages to wrist corsages on the spot for us. We are so pleased with the day and appreciate everything the Rose Shop did to help us create such a memorable gathering. We also found a lovely arrangement for a Christmas gift. We feel lucky to have spent time at the Rose Shop!

I got a bouquet delivered to my mom for her birthday. I ordered them online about 1:30 PM and they were delivered same day around 4:00 PM 15-20 minutes outside of Idaho Falls. They are so beautiful! They’re even more beautiful than I expected. My mom said it’s the biggest bouquet of flowers she’s ever gotten. My dad was recently diagnosed with Alzheimer’s and I came to the sad realization that he won’t be buying flowers for her anymore so I wanted to step in and make it special for her. These flowers were beyond perfect. Not to mention, the price for the size, quality, delivery, and same day delivery within a few hours is an amazing deal. Thank you so much!!

I called same day for a boutonnière and a corsage for a father/daughter dance and it was so easy ordering over the phone. I wish I could remember her name but she was so helpful and kind and it was ready just in time for the dance. They did an amazing job, my daughter loves her corsage and it matched perfectly. I highly recommend The Rose Shop!

I called three weeks before my anniversary to place my order. I have e used them for the last couple of years I have lived here. I was pretty damn happy happy before this year. Always delivered first thing in the morning with a gorgeous arrangement. This year...... not so much. Instead of the morning, with a three week lead time at my house, it was like late afternoon. Granted, I had asked for early morning before for the last couple, but I don't remember asking for it this time. The last couple years had a for filled bouquet with the extras the last couple of years. In all honesty, these last couple years has sucked for us all. I am just not as satisfied with them this time. If I was planning on living here next year, I would probably find another place to order my delivery from.
