A great florist! I live out to state from my family, made an online order this morning to be delivered in Wendell and it was delivered within an hour of ordering and they are beautiful. The recipient called very happy!
Ordered the standard version of the bouquet online two days before Valentine's Day for delivery to my wife's work the day before Valentine's and expected some substitutions, but got a hardly filled out bouquet, that looked far weaker than the corresponding picture. My wife still liked it and it came the day before as planned and the vase is nice, but what I paid for vs what I got left lots to be desired. If you want prettier flowers for a far better price look elsewhere, or don't order online expecting flowers that look nearly as good as pictured. I feel I should have got a Costco arrangement. This is not my first time ordering from Arlene's in the past few years and usually their flowers look nicer, but this one has made me severely question ordering online from them ever again.
Arlene’s has been our go to for 3 generations! My grandmother who is still Jerome, prefers this florist over anyone or company! They even managed to deliver same day for Mother’s Day. Happy to keep sending them as much business as we can!
