Unbridled……went into this lovely store, and had an extremely pleasant experience. I told her what I wanted and she pulled off the most amazing bouquet of flowers for my wife on our 10 year Anniversary….she explained that she had a wedding to put together(which I know can be extensive and time consuming), but she managed to get my surprise gift out to my wife, and before the time she said she would! I would definitely go back! Thank you so much for the awesome arrangement!
Megan has now taken care of me twice, both for my wedding and most recently she made a bouquet for my father in the hospital. Her flexibility during these times has taken off so much stress! Her arrangements are beautiful and last forever. You can tell she is knowledgeable about the plants she uses and cares about the customer experience. If you have any questions or special requests she takes them seriously. I'd recommend her to anyone, and even especially if you're unfamiliar with getting flowers, due to her professionalism and approachability.
I called today (1/17/2020) early in the morning..I'd say at around 9 (Washington State time) or so. I asked for the Celebration Today bouquet. I loved the bright colors of the flowers and the rectangle vase was different than the standard round vase. I'm not sure who I spoke with but she was very friendly ... she told me they were all out of the rectangle vase, but might have a cube. She'd have to dig deep to find one. I said as much as I preferred the rectangle I doubt the recipient would care so if she only had a round that was fine. Well...not only did my family member receive her flowers literally a hour later, but they were in a cubed vase! They arrived so fast my fiance asked me if I ordered them from Jimmy Johns! When she sent me a picture of them I could NOT have been more pleased!! This is the first time I have ordered flowers and got exactly what I paid for!!! They were just stunning! Thank you so much for doing a fantastic job. I highly recommend this florist!!!
