Credit needs paid where credit is due!! And there is some major credit due for Grace at Petals! She was absolutely spectacular in her customer service with working “with” me. I had a customized request and she used her creative liberty to design a stunning arrangement! And not only that but she went above and beyond by showing me photos of it along the way as I ordered it remotely. Thank you for your great service Grace!
My dad is bed ridden and does not have much time left in this life because of his Parkinson’s. It was my mother and father‘s wedding anniversary. We were surprised my dad made it this far, but petals flower shop came through and sent flowers and a box I had put together to surprise my mom for their day together and I was able to include a card as if it were from my dad. My mother was delighted and said these were the best flowers she’d ever seen! Thank you :-)
Amazing quality and service every time! Cyndi is super friendly and knowledgeable. she’s always able to help pick the perfect arrangement for any occasion. You can tell she puts a lot of love into these bouquets, which are always fresh and beautifully designed. Definitely my go-to spot for flowers!
Great experience with this florist. Placed an order late at night, accidently got the address just slightly off and they called me the next day to verify and get it corrected and still had the flowers delivered by that afternoon. The bouquet was beautiful and full of vibrant colors just like I had requested. Very positive experience.
