Absolutely Flowers

I ordered a floral wreath for my father’s funeral. It was just as I had requested and more!! I was so happy to see how they did the ribbon that I was worried about. It was perfect! Delivered on time too!! Thank you!!

Had flowers sent to my mother for her birthday when I made the order asked if they had ever thing in stock order by phone but told the exact argument off their website.There pictures show 6 roses she only got 3,and a lot more green than flowers compared to your website picture.To my standards doesn’t look like I got what I paid for.

This place totally bummed me out . I've received tons of flowers over the years and given many and I've never seen someone send out or put out flowers with such bad quality and try to minimize and make the customer do all the footwork for a refund . The owner said they were " sorry " but their actions did not reflect those words . My husband bought these for my birthday. We always drove by this shop and I thought the display at night was so beautiful .I kept talking about wanting flowers there and how I loved the look of the shop . The flowers I received upon getting them after a failure to follow instructions by my husband (twice) from the delivery person and them handed them to him and telling HIM happy birthday . My husband gave them to me and upon first glance, a rose was broken and hanging off I put them down and thanked him celebrated. However, when I went back to smell them and have a look they were already wilting. I noticed leaves inside were dead and browning. The rose buds were officially pronounced dead the next morning along with most of the flowers included in a perfectly acceptable climate for flowers and i handled the water just in case . I asked my husband the price as even the drug store flowers I've had would have lasted longer and never looked so bad when he said over 80 dollars. I was not enthused in the slightest. Charged 7 dollars for a basic balloon, 25 for 6 chocolates that I took one bite of and couldn't even get my kids to eat ! but kindly explained the disappointment only with the flowers, so she didn't miss out on all the money having the experience we did I regret that choice as well that candy was absolutely not 25 dollars worthy and just full of frosting. I couldn't stomach to even finish one , but like I said I was trying to be kind and just say hey these flowers are unacceptable, and she countered NOT with oh my gosh let me pick those up get you a new set or oh my gosh let me refund you that is not the " perfection " we say on our website . She tried to say oh come in i can " spruce it up " basically try to still have me keep dying flowers and save what can be saved and will still die tomorrow or a 10 percent refund lol over 80 something dollars not including fees or tips . I kept explaining how that is not fair or acceptable and how at the very least these flowers should have lasted the week and nothing dead or dying or broken should be sent out . She quit emailing me and started emailing my husband! Lol she couldn't even just do the right thing. She tried to go around me so she didn't have to refund, asking him to come In and basically do refresh 😂 at this point ma'am we want nothing from you but a refund . Who wants flowers or this quality the celebratory flowers are ruined the person's birthday who it was you're treating this way . Anyways, they said they need the flowers back lol now to refund .mind you I told them to come pick them up anytime already . Offered him a gift card finally or a new set we did not want .Because if this is the (quality and service, why would we? ) we said no thanks and left a note and left them at the shop with picture proof because this all being such a rile up for a refund and never once asking to come get them or replace them instead of making us do all the work for their mistake ! They have their dead flowers back, and we finally have a refund for them . We may have got our money back at the end of the day along with stress and disappointment, but it would be unfair not to share how this person handles business . I then read the reviews better and realized this is a pattern . I just really wish instead of trying to low ball for a few days before offering a gift card, she had just made it right by either refunding the flowers or picking up the old set and replacing it with a new one . We paid all the fees and a tip as well just such disappointing practices. It was also really scaby to try and go around me to my husband as if he's going to say something different or you can manipulate him better. That only pissed us both off .

I send my friend In Twin Falls, Idaho, that I met online while playing a game, Some flowers every year from Absolutely Flowers And they are always so beautiful! This year I sent her some vitamin C along with it because she was trying to get a cold. Laugh out loud. She loved her birthday this year!

I ordered at noon for sale day delivery. They were delivered within an hour. The arrangement is gorgeous! Great customer service!
