Gold Coast Flowers

Didn’t get what I paid for. Some pedals were dead. Was excepting a white hatbox as advertised but instead came in with a pink hatbox. My girlfriend hates PINK! It’s suppose to be wrapped with plastic to protect the hatbox but you see the leaking. Over all didn’t get what I paid for… cheap quality. Horrible presentation

I’m not even from Chicago, I’m from Indiana, but I ran into Gold Coast Flower Shop last-minute to grab a bouquet for a friend, and wow… what an amazing experience! They had the most beautiful selection of roses and other unique blooms I don’t normally see. Within 10 minutes, the florist created the most stunning bouquet for me to take on the go. Even after the drive back to Indiana, the flowers were still fresh and absolutely gorgeous. You all are truly amazing at what you do. Thank you for the excellent service and the beautiful arrangement. Well done!

This was one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had. Two bouquets were ordered and fully paid for, with a clearly agreed delivery window of 11:00 AM–12:00 PM for today January 25th. Instead, the flowers were delivered at 1:15 PM, with no explanation, no apology, and no attempt to respect the customer’s time. The quality of the flowers is unacceptable. The bouquets were made from old, deteriorating flowers. The hydrangeas had visible brown and rotten spots, and the roses had wilted, damaged, and dried petals. These are not “minor imperfections” - this is what flowers look like when they are far past their prime. No professional florist should ever send flowers like this to a paying customer. To make matters even worse, both bouquets were identical, despite the fact that two completely different bouquets were ordered. This shows either total carelessness or a deliberate decision to cut corners. When someone orders two bouquets for a special occasion, receiving two identical arrangements is simply unacceptable. This business clearly prioritizes taking money over providing quality or service. There was no attention to detail, no respect for the order, and no respect for the customer. What was supposed to be a special gift turned into complete disappointment and embarrassment. I strongly advise anyone considering this shop to think twice. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business under any circumstances.

Absolute favorite flower store in the city! The team here is extremely professional and it just… I usually don’t be reviews, but I feel compelled to because I worked with someone called Apu!! she was so kind basically just asked me for my budget and created something amazing. Highly recommend ask for her when you get there.

Amazing experience with this team today! I came in last minute on Valentines Day for one of my clients and they were able to get the request done the same day. They were also so kind and easy to work with - Highly recommend!!
