Luna Flowers

Do not ever order from this establishment. They charged me $100 for a bouquet that you can go to Jewel and get for $15-$20- The quantity displayed in their photos had 3x more. This is not it and you will be very unhappy as well as whoever you’re giving the flowers to Will feel insulted. This business, I don’t know how they have one. After receiving the order that I got today, I will be continuing to dispute until I get my refund, and I hope they will change their business practices and make bouquets at the value of what flowers are at. I buy my wife flowers frequently and because I was out of town I tried to do an order —upon arriving home to see what I received- I am outraged.

I still have not received a response. I had a terrible experience with Luna Flowers at their 3226 N Sheffield Ave, Chicago, IL 60657 location. I ordered a wrapped medium mixed bouquet for $106, confirming both over the phone and in person to make sure everything was correct. Instead, on Valentine’s Day, my girlfriend received nothing but plain white roses. I called multiple times, left voicemails, and emailed—no response. When I finally went in person days later, the shop was a mess, and the sales rep casually admitted they ran out of flowers and just sent whatever they had. No apology, just a “Do you want different flowers now?”—which was pointless after Valentine’s Day had passed. I requested a refund, was told I’d get one, but it’s been almost two weeks with no response and no money back. On top of that, the flowers arrived with no flower food and died in two days. They clearly overbook orders they can’t fulfill and don’t care about their customers. Avoid this place, especially on busy holidays—horrible quality and even worse service.

Extremely overpriced and unreliable. I sent a request for changes at 5:30 AM, which gave them plenty of time to adjust, especially since delivery was scheduled for 11:00 AM. However, they ignored the request and then delivered the order at 3:30 PM 4.5 hours late. Customer support says one thing, but the reality is completely different. If you charge premium prices, you must meet those standards. I don't recommend this flower store!

My experience with Luna Flowers was excellent. Communication was clear, delivery was timely, and the flowers themselves were beautiful and high quality. The arrangement arrived the same day, looked fresh, and was thoughtfully put together. Overall, the customer experience was smooth and professional, and it was clear that care was taken to ensure everything went well. Based on this experience, I would absolutely consider ordering from Luna Flowers again.

Had a delivery between 3-5pm and it came after 8pm. Called them 5+ times after 5 and was told many different things each time. First time I was told it was delivered. Second time I was told it was still on the way. Third time I was told it was just picked up. Fourth time I was told driver is getting an item (teddy bear) all the way from deerfield to deliver to Lakeview and would arrive in exactly 53 minutes. 1 hour passed by (7pm) and driver still not there. I was told the driver will text me about his status and when he delivers. Did not get a single text or call back. I waited downstairs for 30min after 7 before I had to leave and thus the surprise is ruined. I call the next day to tell them I never got the flowers and they say “aCtUAlLY we delivered it at 8pm and here is the photo proof” - okay and what? You never called or texted that you delivered it to the lobby at 8pm, so I had no clue the delivery was even happening anymore. Now the flower are pretty much dead so what do I use them for? The surprise was even for a specific date not for anytime. And they say they can’t issue a refund because it was still “technically delivered” - seriously? Imagine your birthday/anniversary is on a specific date but you get flowers the next day.. isn’t that useless anymore?
