This is the second year I’ve used Lupita’s for an arrangement for my parents’ anniversary. They are very pleasant and helpful on the phone. The flowers are beautiful, and this year I opted not to have them in a vase since my parents have so many. They couldn’t believe how beautiful the presentation was, especially how elegantly the flowers were wrapped in paper. I would highly recommend them.

The most embarrassing experience ever. They delivered flowers to my job for Valentine's Day. They sat on my desk for a couple of hours. The deliveryman left and returned to take them back. They delivered the WRONG flowers. We exchanged flowers, no apologies. Whoever had my flowers removed the card. The sender of the flowers said it should have come with one. Never had flowers repossessed.
Absolutely beautiful! I’ve lived in near this flower shop my entire life and thought of them when I was I need of a corsage for my son’s high school dance, I was so pleased with the arrangement I received and I will forever order here from now on for more occasions, The quality and freshness was beautiful! The customer service was beyond expectations, from the receptionist who answered the phone, she was so kind and listened to what I wanted, asked her florist expertise about what I had in mind and matched colors and My son’s date received so many compliments. Thank you for your kind service at this small business, I will be a returning customer and definitely will be recommending Lupitas Flower shop!
Called Monday and spent over an hour going over the arrangements I wanted. I still needed confirmation on delivery times, so I said I’d call back the next day. I tried reaching them earlier in the week with no answer. When I finally got someone on the phone again, they told me they lost my order. No apology, just “so what did you want again?” Disappointing experience. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
