Stacey was wonderful in listening to our ideas and goals for my Mom's casket spray. They did a wonderful job creating exactly what we asked for. It is so nice to get this level of customer service, especially during a difficult time. The Finishing Touch has been consistently reliable for all of my family's events through the years.
My mom says this is the most beautiful and unique flower arrangement she has ever received. It was delivered a day late since the florist could not reach her by phone to confirm and did not reach out to me, who placed the order. This was quickly resolved the next morning including a call to me when the flowers were delivered since she did not hear the knock at the door!
I have ordered from this florist several times and most of them last minute, and they are so incredibly helpful and amazing! I have never been disappointed in any bouquet I have gotten from them. They are truly great people! 10/10 would recommend to anyone and everyone!
