FTD

I ordered the “Smiles and Sunshine” bouquet for my mom’s 60th birthday this last week, and these dead roses arrived. I called and they said that they try to send a “comparable” bouquet if the one ordered is out of stock. However, 1) there site has you enter the delivery zip code and shows you “all the available bouquets” for the inputted zip code (No mention of any of them possibly not being available). 2) Do “leftover Valentines Day Roses” remotely look similar to the colorful “Smiles & Sunshine” bouquet? Disputed the entire charge on my card since the only wanted to refund me $21 for a $110 order of dead roses. They deserve negative stars!

This business should be shut down. They are NOT delivering what you pay for trust me. Not even close. What I ordered and what was delivered. They agreed to redeliver once they received a fresh shipment of flowers and it was worse than the first delivery. They offered to refund 30%. I had to dispute the charge with my bank. Stay away unless you just like throwing your money away and making someone else rich.Shame on you FTD...God is watching.

If I could give these people a zero I will I ordered flowers for my mother-in-law in November. I ordered them every year for my husband's birthday and there to be sent on his birthday to his mother for having him because that's really a big deal. And we want to celebrate that. This year is pretty much ruined apparently FTD cannot handle an order for Phoenix Arizona. So they will not be getting my business again I paid $73 for some tulips to be delivered today and my mother-in-law does not have them yet.

Ordered flowers for a funeral. They never arrived. They claimed they couldn't find a florist in Tallahassee fl. The capital of the state! The customer service is all foreign reps you cant understand. 3 days of arguing over this. I finally got a refund but FTD sucks. They used to be a reliable company, not anymore. Avoid this company and call the local florists yourself.

Beware—Strung along and then dumped! Would give negative stars if it was possible. Ordered flowers well in advance of the date they were to be delivered, in fact accidentally hit the wrong date on their calendar requesting a week later than I meant to. I IMMEDIATELY emailed telling them I accidentally hit the wrong date and could I change it to the previous week's end and they replied telling me no, once an order is sent it cannot be undone. SERIOUSLY? When you had literally two weeks to fill an order, you can't contact whatever local florist you'll be using to let them know? Not buying it. A day before the flowers were supposed to be delivered I get an email saying they couldn't find a florist to send "after the holiday" (MLK Day) and they would be sent the following Tuesday. I reply okay, fine, even though that makes zero sense. Then I get yet another email telling me again that they have "tried to contact me" but haven't heard whether delivering late is okay so my order is going to be canceled if they don't hear from me. I respond YET AGAIN saying it's fine that they will be delivered late. Two days later now and I've just gotten an email telling me they never heard back about how I'd like to "proceed" so my order has been canceled. Wrong. I responded to all of their emails and they never left me any voicemail message if they did call. This company is ridiculously incompetent. DO NOT USE.
