I had a fantastic experience with this florist. I have a friend that I used to do business with who was a florist in another town and she told me to always call the florist directly, tell them your budget, and then let them pick the bouquet. I started to order my Valentine's bouquet online and then called to ask if a vase was included in the online special. When I did, the nicest lady answered my call and told me that she could take my order there and then. Not only was delivery cheaper, but I'm almost certain that I got a much better bouquet! It was wonderful! The moral of the story is "trust your florist," and more specifically, "trust Burklands!" Don't go to Flowers.com or any other online company that is going to take a cut and then give you the same flowers for a higher price! Buy direct! Thanks for a great Valentine's bouquet that knocked my girlfriend off of her feet! Fantastic work! It was a pleasure doing business with you all!
Very unprofessional. My husband paid for a dozen red roses over his lunch hour to be picked up after work and when he arrived, they lost his ticket and sent him home with pink roses because red was out. Do better.

We were so happy with the arrangements that Burkland's Florist made for our mom's service. I let the designer make up the arrangement just asking for them to be bright and full. I had never seen an arrangement put around an urn so I didn't know what to expect. It was beautiful. Would highly recommend this florist for your floral needs. Their shop was super cute too. Lots and lots of gifts/cards/flowers.
