Victoria's Floral

The only thing my mom wanted for her birthday was a couple of freesias. After calling multiple florists in and around Grayslake, Victoria was the only one who could procure them on short notice, and I’m so happy I found her. I called Tuesday afternoon, and within 48 hours she had beautiful, fragrant freesias ready for me, and at a very reasonable price. The flowers were stunning and smelled so incredible, my mom actually teared up. Freesias are not the easiest to come by, but Victoria made the entire process feel effortless. She really cares about her customers and her craft, and I will be sure to come back again.

I can’t thank Victoria enough for creating the most beautiful bouquets. I went in with some ideas on what I was looking for., I also knew what I didn’t want. She did a fantastic job of understanding what I was looking for, even when I didn’t know how to explain it. I loved getting to know her, and learning she has always had a passion for flowers. The way she lights up when talking about flowers let me know this is exactly the flower shop Grayslake has wanted, and needed. Flowers are in her blood and it shows. Everyone needs to go visit VIctoria and pick up some flowers to brighten your day, or the day of someone in your life. Go say Hello, she is a lovely person that everyone needs in their life!

I happened upon this flower shop completely by accident, and I am so glad I did. It’s an absolutely lovely store. The shop owner was incredibly kind, warm, and so knowledgeable. I loved being able to build my own custom bouquet, and she took such thoughtful care in prepping each flower for me. The bouquet she helped me create lasted so much longer than anything I’ve ever picked up at a grocery store. I got so many compliments on it for the week I had it. While I was there, I really enjoyed talking with the owner. Her passion for what she does and her genuine kindness made the whole experience even more special. She has made me a lifelong customer. I will definitely be returning to get many more flower bouquets from here to come. I continue to be astonished by Victoria's work ethic, passion, creativity, kindness, warmth, professionalism, and her character.

They don’t know how to beautifully wrap flowers for a budget bouquet. They should get some training on that. It was the worst experience — they even used staples, and they were visible when they were supposed to be hidden.

March 26th Revision: I made my below review the first time that I found Victoria’s Floral shop and over the last 7 months I have been continually blown away by her professionalism, work ethic, knowledge, and kindness! When it came time to pick my flowers for my wedding I knew exactly where I would be heading! To say that she took my breath away would be an understatement!! She made a bridal bouquet, five bridesmaids bouquets, five groomsmen boutonnieres, a boutonnière for my husband, corsages and boutonnières for our family, and all the flowers for our reception were provided by her. Every last one of them was beyond what I could have hoped for!! They were beautiful and exactly what I wanted when I wasn’t even sure what I wanted! Victoria can envision what you want and help your vision become a beautiful reality! She can work within a budget and she is insanely kind!! I’m so grateful I found her shop 7 months ago and I plan to continue to give her my business and if you’re reading this, you should to! You will not regret it!! This is a wonderful shop!! The owner is so nice and accommodating and makes BEAUTIFUL arrangements! I could not have been happier with the flowers we received and the price was very reasonable as well!! I cannot recommend her enough!
