The experience we had with Hinsdale Flower Shop was the best we’ve ever had with a flower shop. My sister gave birth to a beautiful baby girl on Tuesday the 23rd, one of the best holiday gifts our family could receive! We’re 1000 miles away and we wanted to send her a beautiful arrangement of flowers. After calling 4 flower shops, they were unable to create our specific arrangement. Hinsdale Flower Shop our last chance call we made after feeling defeated. Their staff was so helpful and understanding, Caroline especially! They sent us photos for our approval before delivering it to my sisters room at Endeavor Health Elmhurst Hospital. We would highly recommend anyone and everyone to use this flower shop! I've used Hinsdale Flower Shop in the past, and recently ordered a casket spray for my beloved father. Obviously, I wanted it nice, but didn't really have an idea of exactly what I wanted. I called to talk it out and spoke with Craig. I wanted it colorful but masculine. We decided on "blues, greens and lavenders", but not specific flowers. I trusted them. Craig took the time to make me feel good about this important piece. The arrangement was fantastic! Full, colorful, and packed with premium flowers like hydrangeas, roses, lilies and more. Undoubtedly one of the best experiences I’ve had with a florist. The arrangement was gorgeous and despite the multiple delivery issues (on the receiver’s end), they were so kind in keeping me updated on delivery status and presenting options on how to proceed. Overall, just a lovely experience with folks who really care about others!
