Lansing Floral Shop & Greenhouse

Poor effort. What I ordered thru FTD and what I got for $85 ($100+) after delivery. Not even close.

The Lansing Floor shop has it been sold. The new owners are horrible! They have really ruined the business! I had an account there for over 25 years with the previous owners, and they always dId excellent work. However, with the new owners, my boyfriend ordered me some flowers for my birthday. They were supposed to deliver them on Saturday, but they delivered them a day early on Friday. They charged him $80 for six roses which Online, he saw a picture of the new bulbs still closed, but when they got there, they were fully open, which was a bait and switch tactic. That was ridiculous and they died in less than a week! They didn't even put the flowers inside of any paper wrapping nor did they provide any Flower food for the roses. Do not buy any flowers from this location. Please consider using a different florist because the new owners do not care about the existing customer base. THEY WILL PROBABLY BE OUT OF BUSINESS IN LESS THAN 3 YEARS.

My husband ordered from Lansing Florist- mind you we hadn’t ordered from them for years!! They used to have thick, robust, beautiful, big and strong scented roses!! They used to be my favorite- clearly now they’ve changed provider. Below you will see the picture of my flowers that were delivered Friday & this is what they looked like by Monday….very disappointed that they didn’t even last. I’ve included a Friday pic and a Monday pic, I gave them 1 star because delivery was on time.

I ordered a bouquet for my daughter's birthday and it was not even close to what I had selected from the online website. I ordered from SendFlowers and was fulfilled through this floral shop. Also, I selected the deluxe bouquet which I paid extra and it only had 6 wimpy roses with a dark brown stem. Take a look for yourself of what was expected and what was received. This is horrible!

The photo that you see, is the third arrangement that I've ordered from the shop. Clara took the order and let me charge my phone, because I couldn't find the particular arrangement that I was shopping for on their website. She walked me around the store so that I could choose the flowers I wanted, but heck if I know. I just know that I wanted one red rose in the arrangement to symbolize my intent. Clara gave me a price, that was very reasonable and I added a little more to that. Voila! It worked. She called later that evening, to tell me how much she loved them. I could hear the happiness in her voice. I think these flowers have definitely helped show this woman my kind side. I think she is more receptive to my intentions now. But we are taking it slow. I really like her and these flowers showed her that and definitely helped. Thank you to everyone there!
