Do not use this company, do your research. I ordered a flower for a funeral, once at the funeral I didn’t see my flower so i sent a text to Flowers by Eva asking about my $105.39 purchase. They told me to hold on and that they will sent me proof of delivery. The photo they sent me was an overgrown plant that personally I would have never bought for anyone (see photo 1). I text to let them know that this was not what I had purchased (see photo2). They sent me a text back saying that they had sent me a refund of $53.00. I informed them that I wanted my full funds returned 100% I filed a fraud claim through my bank.
DO NOT SHOP HERE! I wanted to get a beautiful arrangement for a funeral. They informed me two days after it was supposed to be delivered that they did not have the inventory. No options were given as far as a refund or if I wanted to choose something else. They automatically refunded me, but I would have liked to have a choice in the situation. THEN they sent DEAD flowers to the individual without letting me know. This is beyond unacceptable. They should be ashamed of their customer service, especially when dealing with very sentimental and sensitive situations. Beyond disappointed, a refund is the LEAST they could have done.
If I could leave a 0 star I would. I ordered an arrangement for my best friend, she lost her husband. It was $89.54. The next day, I received an email stating that they could not fulfill my order. That they would credit my card with my purchase amount. This did not happen. DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST! I just called today, inquiring about my credit to my account, and she said it was done on the same day that they sent me the email. I've been watching my bank account since March 2nd. Nothing! This is not a good place to do business with! BUYERS BEWARE!
If I could leave a no star review, I would. Completely unreliable. Ordered flowers yesterday for delivery by 7 pm local time today. It is not past 10 om local time and all I get is "we don't have confirmation from our drivers". Well, I have confirmation from the recipient and she has not received it! I guess that is irrelevant. One of the people that I spoke to reassured me that if it is not delivered tonight, it will be delivered tomorrow!!! I guess it is also irrelevant that I paid extra for a specific delivery date. There were plenty of lower price point florist that did not falsely promise next day delivery. Should have not fallen for the scam offer of next day delivery by "Flowers by Eva" and paid 2x as much!
I placed an order on May 1st for Mother's Day. Today May 7th the day before it was scheduled to be delivered. Eva's called to cancel the order and stated it was being cancelled due to lack of supplies. Do Not order from Eva's go with someone else. It's a scam.
