I placed an order yesterday and prepaid for it. I was assured that the flowers would be ready by 10:00 AM. I arrived on time, but the shop was closed and no one answered my phone calls. This completely ruined my plans.I’m very disappointed with this experience and do not recommend this flower shop.
The flowers are incredibly fresh — they’ve been with me for two weeks and still look beautiful! 🌸 Special thanks to the owner for being so client-oriented and attentive. Highly recommend!
Their store showed open online so I tried reaching them but they were unavailable over the phone. I decided to call one last time and they picked up the phone and said they will call me back after 10 mins. 40 mins later I called back myself and they took my order. What was supposed to be ready by 3 pm was ready by 5 pm. When I went to pick it up, they gave me a bouquet of not fresh roses and charged me $280. If they are understaffed, do not have fresh flowers, or just don't care about customers, they should at least let them know instead of overcharging them for something that would have been thrown in trash the next day.
What I received looks nothing like what I ordered. The advertised bouquet was full, mixed, and elegant. The one delivered was much simpler, different flowers, and different wrapping. This is not an acceptable substitution. Extremely disappointed. Ps I only asked to exclude hydrangeas and carnations. I was fine with any other flowers, as long as the bouquet stayed full and with greenery like in the photo.

Very attentive, friendly and always ready to help with the choice. Once I came in without a clear idea of what I wanted, and they not only picked the perfect bouquet, but also decorated it so beautifully that I was delighted. The prices here are also pleasing, especially considering the high quality of the flowers and design. And the delivery is just a dream! Flowers always arrive on time and look like they were just picked. If you are looking for a place that understands the importance of every floral moment - from a holiday to a simple "thank you", then this store is just for you.
